Casa Geminis is designed for families and groups who want privacy, walkability and room to spread out. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: king bed • Bedroom 2: queen bed • Bedroom 3: double bed, twin bed and crib • Living room: sofa bed and air mattress • Three full bathrooms Gather around the eight-person dining table, cook in the fully equipped kitchen or relax in the living room with a smart TV. Outside, the private courtyard has a compact plunge pool with a shallow section. Upstairs, the approximately 2,000-sq-ft rooftop offers shaded seating, a dining area and a bar for sunset meals and stargazing. The home also includes whole-home water filtration, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry and parking for one vehicle. It is most comfortable for 6–8 guests, though it can sleep up to 10 using the living-room beds.

• Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests. Unregistered visitors, parties and events are not permitted. • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise low at night. • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • Children must be supervised at all times around the pool and on the rooftop. • Use non-glass drinkware around the pool and rooftop. • Pets are welcome only when included in the reservation and the applicable pet fee has been arranged. Please clean up after them. • To protect the local plumbing, place toilet paper in the bathroom bins rather than flushing it. • Please report maintenance or safety concerns through the booking-platform message thread as soon as they are noticed so we can help promptly. • Treat the home, furnishings, linens and neighborhood with care.

Please note: • The private pool is a compact, unheated plunge pool—not a resort-size swimming pool. • The rooftop is reached by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or unsupervised young children. • Routine pool and garden service may occur during a stay; workers remain outdoors and aim to minimize disruption. • Casa Geminis is in a lively local neighborhood rather than a gated resort, so normal daytime neighborhood sounds are possible. • The driveway is narrow; compact vehicles are easiest to park. • The home is most comfortable for 6–8 guests. Groups of up to 10 should expect to use the sofa bed and air mattress.
